The establishment and step-by-step development of Alarko is literally the story of two young entrepreneurs with nothing but their determination and their ingenuity 'creating a business from scratch'. Founded in 1954, Alarko Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which operates in the fields of heating, cooling, ventilation, water pressurization, smart building automation and energy efficiency monitoring, became Alarko Carrier Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in 1998 through a partnership on equal terms with Carrier, one of the world's leading companies in its field. The main fields of activity of Alarko Carrrier, which innovated on the technology front, expanded its access to foreign markets and increased its competitiveness are as follows: Industrial Operations: R&D and Production Trade and Marketing: Marketing and Sales / Engineering and Project Services, System Sales / Exports / Representation and Imports. In October 2000, Alarko Carrier relocated its headquarters, offices and two factories in Istanbul to its new 60,000 m² complex in the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone (GOSB). Alarko Carrier's industrial activities are carried out at the Gebze Main Production Complex and Eskişehir Production Plant reporting to the General Management Center, while its trade and marketing activities are carried out by the offices in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Adana and Antalya.
